Since the start of the blog in early 2017 we have slowly changed and adapted our diet by initially reducing our meat and dairy intake to completely eliminating both at the start of 2020.
You will still find all of my old recipes on here as they were part of my journey and lots of you my lovely readers love them. Having said that, I hope to inspire you with my plant based fare whether you are a fully fledged vegan or are simply trying to introduce more plant based foods into your diet!
