Here you will find my collection of  Polish recipes. Sweet and savoury delights I used to eat growing up in Poland, which I now share with my own family.

The older I get the more I seem to crave the tastes of my childhood, certain ingredients, smells etc. And as I'm on my own personal foodie journey back in time, I'm hoping you might want to come along for a ride and try some delicious, no nonsense, Polish foods with me.

If you're not sure which recipes to start with, I would highly recommend Polish Apple Cake (Szarlotka) - something sweet, and Botwinka (Polish Beet Greens Soup) - something savoury.
