Quick, easy and delicious falafel burgers bursting with chickpea and carrot goodness and spiced to perfection. Wholesome, mid-week family supper with minimum fuss!

Put all the ingredients in the bowl of food processor and whiz until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as per your liking.
With floured hands shape the mixture into 4 large patties (feel free to adjust the size of the patties as per your needs especially when feeding kids when small size patties would be more appropriate).
Heat up the oil in a large non-stick frying pan and fry your falafel burgers until nicely browned and warmed through ( 3-4 minutes per side).
Serve in a bun or flatbread and sides of your choice.
