Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas Mark 4.
Take puff pastry out of the fridge and let it sit for 10-15 minutes before unrolling it to make it less likely to crack.
375 g ready-rolled puff pastry sheet
Once unrolled, using knife gently spread butter all over the pastry.
40 g vegan butter
Next, sprinkle sugar all over buttered pastry and smooth it down with the back of the spoon.
60 g brown sugar
Sprinkle the cinnamon over the sugar and again, smooth it down with the back of the spoon.
2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Next, fold one of the short sides of the pastry over so that it's folded in half. Cut it into 12 equal size strips.
Twist each puff pastry strip few times and squeeze the open end gently to make it stick. Repeat with remaining strips.
Place on the lined baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for 17-20 minutes or until nicely golden and crisp.
Transfer onto cooling rack to cool slightly, sprinkle with icing sugar and enjoy!
